Kindly note, we use standard UK sizes to help you pick perfect size.  If you are still unsure, please refer to the size guide if you want to ensure the size you are picking is correct.

In case you are not satisfied with the shoes OR ordered an incorrect size, and want to swap your shoes, then please fill in the details below within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you and we will organize the pick-up for you. The returns will be accepted ONLY if the shoes are unworn, undamaged and unused and returned in its original box packaging.

As a company policy, we DO NOT entertain any cancellation or refund requests once an order is placed. Shoes once sold, can only be exchanged for replacement or credit note. Footwear bought during SALE period will not be exchanged or returned.
